Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis in Missouri. She is an American model/singer/actress, singer/songwriter and model. She is best known for her character Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the leader of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in films and television shows that include How to Be a Single and Going the Distance.
